16. DEFAULT OR TERMINATION

Upon material breach, non-payment or any other event(s) of default we have reasonable grounds to believe may cause serious harm to our business operations, reputation or users' rights, Alea Casino reserves its right to immediately and without notice suspend access to your account, terminate the Agreement, close your account permanently.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration according to a procedure made available from time to time by us or such other procedure agreed upon between the parties.
